Armstrong & Richardson, the oldest independent shoe retailer in Canada, continues to provide the best fit and service for Men’s and Women’s footwear in Ottawa.  Founded in 1934 by the late Omar Armstrong and Clarence Richardson, the company has evolved to include three generations of family, expanded to six locations and maintains their emphasis on offering high quality merchandise and professional service.

Armstrong & Richardson was looking to refresh the way in which it spoke to its customers. With the flood of new shoe retailers and online shopping, A & R felt it was time for an update. The result was a sophisticated and user-friendly website followed by fresh seasonal ad campaigns "where fit meets fashion."
